In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our brewing equipment in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate is a mechanically inclined, safety-conscious individual with a basic understanding of equipment repair principles and the ability to effectively maintain, repair, and re-program various coffee equipment.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary, face-to-face representative of La Colombe while engaging with clientsAct as the liaison between the corporate office, client services, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and supportMaintain accurate records in SalesLogix and MAS systems related to machine supportExecute work orders, manage machine agreements, and address service tickets promptlyConduct bench testing of new equipment upon delivery, ensuring readiness before installationRefurbish used coffee equipment to extend its lifespan and prepare it for reinstallationOversee the removal and replacement of equipment as neededCoordinate parts ordering and logistics with the home office to ensure timely and efficient operationsMaintain a well-stocked van with inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment for installationsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsExperience: At least 1 year of experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining large industrial appliances; experience with coffee machines is a plusTechnical Skills: Ability to follow service call and installation procedures provided by management, with the flexibility to adapt to emergency situations and changing circumstancesComputer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suiteCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skillsMultitasking: Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmentTime Management: Able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently without direct supervisionAbout Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
