Your work will directly impact the quality and consistency of every cup we serve.Responsibilities include:Diagnose, service, and repair espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipmentInstall new equipment and ensure proper setup and calibrationPerform preventative maintenance according to scheduled service intervalsMaintain accurate service records and repair documentationCommunicate effectively with café and production teams to resolve equipment issues quicklyTrain team members on proper equipment care and basic troubleshootingMaintain inventory of tools, replacement parts, and service suppliesTravel to local Kuppa Joy cafés and facilities as neededWhat Will Help You Succeed1–2 years of experience in equipment repair or maintenance (coffee equipment, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, or similar mechanical field)Familiarity with commercial coffee equipment such as La Marzocco, Mazzer, Curtis, Bunn, or similar brands is preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skillsBasic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a teamValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsLift and carry up to 80 poundsFrequently bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spacesStand and walk for extended periods throughout the workdaySchedule & CompensationPart Time / Full TimeWeekend availability may be required depending on café hours and service needsPay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experienceCompany tools and equipment providedMileage reimbursement for approved service callsWhy Kuppa Joy?At Kuppa Joy, we're more than a coffee company—we're a team committed to serving others with excellence.
