Supporting daily operational management for assigned clients, the full-time Coding Team Lead will manage coding resources, ensure quality expectations are met, and maintain positive client relationships in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact and coding subject matter expert for assigned clients Monitor employee efficiency and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations Assist with training, mentoring internal coding staff, and recommending process improvements Required qualifications: AHIMA or AAPC credentials Three or more years of coding experience Strong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management services Experience managing both onshore and offshore coding resources Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
