Supervising professional fee coders for assigned departments, the full-time Colorado Licensed Coding Supervisor will manage coding, abstracting, and charge posting for physician services while ensuring quality and productivity in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and support coding staff, ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and quality standards Monitor charge lag and work queue activity to meet established metrics and operational improvements Collaborate with clinics and providers to resolve coding issues and participate in personnel management Required qualifications Associates Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of healthcare and revenue cycle experience within a physician practice Professional coding experience required; CPC or CCS-P certification is mandatory 1 year of supervisory experience preferred Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare applications required
