Coding Supervisor / Coding Team Lead (Fully Remote)

• Lead a remote coding team supporting VA medical centers and serve as main contact for HIMS staff.
• Manage quality reviews, productivity, and corrective action plans across eight facilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H credential with 3+ years coding and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, DRGs, and NCCI edits.

About the Role:

• 100% remote (US only) with hourly pay of $30-35.
• US citizenship and federal background investigation required.
