Coding Quality Manager

To support coding quality and education initiatives, the full-time Coding Quality and Education Manager will perform coding audits, analyze quality trends, and deliver targeted education to coders and providers in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Perform prospective and retrospective audits of outpatient and professional surgical coding, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and payer policies Support and maintain the coding quality assurance program, including audit methodologies and quality tracking processes Develop and deliver targeted education for coders and providers, addressing identified educational needs and opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of coding experience, including outpatient and/or professional surgical coding 5+ years of coding quality auditing and/or coding education experience Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and Medicare regulations Experience with surgical specialties such as orthopedics, spine, and general surgery Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
