Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for clients, coders, and stakeholders while managing both onshore and offshore coding resources Monitor productivity and quality standards, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and contractual obligations Mentor and train coding staff, while developing and implementing coding services and operational improvements Required qualifications AHIMA or AAPC credentials Five or more years of coding experience Three or more years of management experience in a remote environment Strong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management services Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
