Providing enterprise leadership for coding accuracy and compliance, the full-time remote CCS Certified Coding Manager will oversee audit processes, develop educational programs, and serve as a subject matter expert on coding regulations across various services. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs related to coding compliance and documentation for coding staff and medical personnel Conduct and coordinate ongoing audits to ensure coding accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards Communicate coding regulation changes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on ethical coding practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in coding, auditing, and education EPIC experience is required CCS - Certified Coding Specialist certification is required Experience in an academic medical center is preferred
