Code Vessel WelderSeeking a Code Vessel Welder for a busy company!Job duties include:Perform welding operations according to approved WPS and applicable welding codesWeld using processes such as SMAW, GTAW (Tig), GMAW (Mig), and/or FCAWRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsPrepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting componentsMaintain weld quality to meet visual, radiographic, and ultrasonic inspection standardsOperate welding and related equipment safely and efficientlyDocument welds and maintain required quality and inspection recordsFollow all safety procedures, including PPE and job-site protocolsWork with inspectors and supervisors to resolve weld issues or repairsRequirements:Experience with pipe welding (carbon, steel, stainless, alloy)Knowledge of structural and pipe weldingAbility to pass an ASME 6G pipe testAbility to read blueprints and drawingsBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimalsMust have reliable transportation to and from workAbility to work in all weather conditionsThis position requires a valid drivers licenseApplicants will be background and drug screened for this position
