Pomelo is seeking energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers to join our opening team in Orlando.

Pomelo is a new cocktail-focused restaurant led by Chef Hung Huynh, bringing together a thoughtful beverage program and refined-casual dishes inspired by Vietnam, Thailand, and Southeast Asia.

We're looking for servers who can make guests feel genuinely welcome while confidently guiding them through cocktails, sake, wine, and food.

Compensation: Hourly + eligible tips; final rate to be confirmed
Tentative Start: End of November 2026

• Deliver warm, attentive, knowledgeable guest service

• Learn and confidently explain our cocktail, sake, wine, and food menus

• Accurately take and communicate guest orders

• Work closely with bartenders, food runners, and the culinary team

• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas

• Work efficiently and professionally during high-volume service

• Anticipate guest and team needs

• Support the restaurant wherever reasonably needed during service

• Friendly, engaging, and naturally hospitable

• Organized and attentive to details

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communicator and team player

• Dependable and professional

• Curious and excited to learn

• Previous serving or cocktail-service experience preferred
