We are hiring cocktail servers to exclusively serve guests in our bar area. The ideal cocktail server will be a trusted, detail-oriented individual on the service team whom our guests rely on for genuine hospitality and stellar service.
You will need to possess: Bassett certification and an Ansi certified and/or Serv Safe Food Handler’s certification.

SERVER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for all aspects of a guest’s dining experience while providing exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.
· Follow steps of service to provide a quality guest dining experience.
· Direct busser and support staff of needs in assigned section to maintain proper flow of service.
· Provide proper food and beverage service adhering to TOR standards.
· Ring all food and beverage items with 100% accuracy to ensure proper flow of service.
· Properly handle all guest payments with 100% accuracy.
· Consistently check the identification of all guests purchasing alcohol.
· Always follow proper sanitation practices.
· Correctly audit and balance cash and credit card receipts as part of daily checkout procedures.
· Responsible for completing all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures in a timely manner.
· Work well in a team atmosphere and independently.
· Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
· Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Lift and move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds;
· Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
· Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces
· Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
