Overseeing all aspects of the COBRA client and member experience, the full-time remote Cobra Analyst will manage benefit elections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees, and LOA participants while handling inbound and outbound communications. Key responsibilities Manage COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree administration processes, ensuring accurate benefit elections and payments Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes from clients, members, and third-party affiliates Maintain accurate reporting and documentation related to COBRA and leave program participants Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of experience in COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree administration Knowledge of Federal, State, and company leave programs Understanding of administration system processes related to eligibility and claims Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
