Overseeing the COBRA client and member experience, the full-time COBRA Analyst will manage benefit elections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees, and LOA participants while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients, members, and third-party affiliates regarding COBRA and related programs Administer and coordinate COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws Maintain accurate reporting and documentation related to premium administration, eligibility, and claims processing Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of experience in COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree administration Knowledge of Federal, State, and company leave programs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
