To enhance member experiences, the full-time remote COB Representative will investigate potential recoveries for Coordination of Benefits through various communication methods and manage inquiries related to claims and eligibility. Key responsibilities Identify recovery opportunities and process COB claims for members with other insurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Review and resolve inquiries from internal customers regarding members' claims and eligibility updates Coordinate recoveries with other insurers and process Credit Balance claims and refund checks Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required At least 2-3 years of experience in coordination of benefits or related healthcare fields Strong knowledge of medical terminology Ability to maintain a stable and HIPAA-compliant remote workspace Excellent organizational skills
