Join a high‑performing Emergency Medicine team offering exceptional growth opportunities. This Level 3 trauma medical center is expanding its emergency care services to meet increasing patient demand.

We are launching two new state‑of‑the‑art Free‑Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs):

• A 12‑bed FSED opening in 2027.
• An 8‑bed FED expected to open in late 2026.

This is a unique opportunity for Emergency Medicine physicians to contribute to a community‑focused, innovative healthcare environment in one of the fastest‑growing counties in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 120 hours per month (ten 12‑hour shifts), with the opportunity to work additional shifts if desired; no cap on monthly shifts, all are paid at the same rate.
• Rotations between the main ED and FSEDs are expected, though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered.
• The main ED is staffed with 5 physicians and 2–3+ APPs each day; FSEDs will be staffed according to volume.
• The main ED has 42 beds with dedicated high‑acuity, moderate, and less‑acute zones.
• Over 50,000 annual ER visits.
