Coastal Massachusetts EM Opportunity | Up to $300+/Hr. + Partnership Track

Job Overview

• An emergency medicine physician is needed to join this group of 22 BC EM doctors who staff two ED’s in southeastern Massachusetts.
• Schedule is by revolving template which ensures equitable shift distribution regardless of seniority.
• Full‑time position is approximately 1500 hrs./year.
• This is a high‑volume ED; you will need to see two patients per hour, all high acuity (low acuity goes to the APP area).
• Productivity‑based compensation package: earn $260/hr. (2 pts/hr.) to $300/hr. (2.5 pts/hr.) or more.
• One of the locations has night shifts with a $30/hr. differential plus productivity incentive; the other has nights (usually < 2 pts/hr.), the hourly rate is fixed at $260/hr.
• Three‑year partnership track; partners average additional $50K a year.
