Supporting Advocacy Teams remotely, the part-time contractor Coalition Organizer will cultivate relationships with community leaders, train teams in organizing skills, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance advocacy efforts. Key responsibilities Support Advocacy Teams in building and strengthening relationships with community leaders Train and coach Advocacy Teams in core organizing skills, including coalition development and outreach strategy Provide ongoing coaching to ensure effective engagement and integration of coalition partners in advocacy activities Required qualifications Demonstrated background in organizing and coalition development Experience working with faith communities Ability to work with diverse groups and foster relationship-building Strong self-starter with goal-oriented mindset Availability to commit approximately 8 hours per week
