To support student development, the full-time Coaching and Outreach Specialist will provide professional development coaching and conduct structured outreach to gather insights on student outcomes, working remotely with consistent evening availability. Key responsibilities: Deliver asynchronous and live coaching sessions to help students connect their learning to career goals Conduct structured outreach to collect data on student confidence, skills application, and barriers faced during the program Document coaching interactions and student feedback in CRM tools to inform program improvement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in coaching, career development, or related fields, preferably with adult learners Experience with asynchronous messaging platforms (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage students through digital platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools
