The middle school head coach is responsible for the athletic team. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsiblity for the coaching duties.
Attend staff meetings called by the principal or athletic director
Serves as a postive influence to the student athletes
Ensures the safety of the student athletes and reports injuries to appropriate staff
All other duties as assigned

We already have one head coach, and are looking to hire a second coach. This would mean that the stipend would be split between the two coaches.
