United Counseling Service of Bennington County seeks a Co Teacher to support young children in a therapeutic early childhood classroom. In partnership with a lead teacher and clinical team, you will implement developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed activities that foster social-emotional, cognitive, and behavioral growth.
Responsibilities include supporting individualized behavior plans, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, documenting progress, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary staff, and participating in ongoing training.
