Co-Marketing Program Manager

Building new co-marketing programs from the ground up, the remote Co-Marketing Program Manager will design processes and workflows, manage end-to-end program execution across advertiser campaigns, and implement automated solutions to enhance team efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop and establish workflows, governance, and success metrics for co-marketing programs Identify and automate manual steps in the campaign lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency Oversee program execution, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination with various teams Required qualifications 5+ years of marketing program or project management experience Prior experience scaling Co-Marketing/Partnership Marketing programs Hands-on experience with AI tools for building automated workflows Experience with Salesforce, particularly in managing or building workflows Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
