Co-Manager in Training — Fast-Track to Store Leadership

Journeys Shoe Store in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising store personnel to hit sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.

You will help recruit, train, coach, and motivate a dynamic sales team, enforce policies, and ensure initiatives are executed, while delivering a fun, full-service shopping experience to diverse customers.
