Co-Manager in Training — Fast-Track Leadership & Perks

Journeys is seeking a Co-Manager to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, and training employees to hit store and personal sales goals. The role focuses on protecting assets, reducing losses, and delivering a high-energy, inclusive customer experience.

You will lead, coach, and develop a sales team, ensure policy adherence, and drive store operations in the absence of senior leadership. A 45-hour workweek and weekend shifts are required.
