Co-Manager in Training — Fast-Paced Fashion Retail

Journeys in Waterbury, CT is seeking a store leadership role to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruitment, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.

You will support developing a strong sales team, coach staff, enforce policies, and ensure initiatives are implemented. The role requires 45 hours weekly, night and weekend shifts, and growth toward a Co-Manager position.
