Co-Executive Director, Development

The Co-Executive Director of Development will lead Inletkeeper’s fundraising and development strategy while sharing organizational leadership with our Co-Executive Director of Operations. This is a senior role with the opportunity to help shape the long-term direction, financial sustainability, and impact of a well-known Alaskan organization.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Develop and lead comprehensive annual fundraising strategies
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with individual donors, foundations, businesses, and partners
• Oversee grant development, reporting, and compliance
• Work collaboratively with staff, the Board, and community partners
