Description

The CNO is accountable for the provision and quality of all nursing services at the facility level in support of Alhambra Hospital Medical Center with services system and regional goals. This includes ensuring a strategic balance of optimal and efficient patient care; staff, patient, and physician satisfaction; and strong partnerships with organizational departments and professional groups.

With a constant focus on patient-centered care and safety, the CNO establishes and maintains systems for care delivery that promote evidence-based practice and support management of productivity targets, patient acuity, and appropriate use of resources.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, Mater degree required. Good interpersonal skills, Current and Valid CA RN license, BCLS, ACLS required. Previous nursing experience in acute hospital with minimum of 5 years management experience required.
