GRN Boston South is hiring a full-time CNC Swiss Programmer and Technical Lead in Hatboro, PA (near Philadelphia) to program complex Swiss-machined parts and mentor the machining team.
Pay and schedule
- $100,000 to $140,000 per year, full time
- On site in Hatboro, PA; relocation assistance available
Duties
- Develop and optimize programs for 9 to 12 axis CNC Swiss machines
- Design collets, fixtures, and cutting tools; plan multi-axis milling
- Support stable lights-out production
- Mentor and cross-train machinists and programmers
Requirements
- 5+ years setting up and running CNC Swiss machines (Citizen preferred, Star or Tornos acceptable)
- 5+ years of CAM programming (Esprit, PartMaker, SolidCAM, Mastercam, or similar)
- Multi-axis milling of PEEK, titanium, aluminum, stainless, and Inconel
- G-code and DFM/DFMA knowledge
- Non-disclosure/restrictive covenant agreement required
- Aerospace or medical experience a strong plus
