CNC Swiss MachinistJoin our team as a CNC Swiss Machinist where you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced machinery to produce high-quality medical parts. You will handle the full process from operation and setups to tooling changes, program editing, loading, and troubleshooting. Part of your role will also involve inspecting parts using various measuring tools and ensuring all manufacturing processes and procedures are adhered to.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Swiss and L20 machines.Manage medium to high production runs for medical parts.Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers, and other equipment.Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Read and comprehend layouts, job travelers, and blueprints.Ensure written manufacturing processes and procedures are followed.Essential Skills4+ years of experience in CNC setup and Swiss operating.Familiarity with operating CNC Swiss or L20 machines.Experience with ISO Quality System, particularly in medical device manufacturing.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in shop math and numerical control.Experience with measuring tools and CNC Swiss technology.Why Work Here?Become part of a rapidly growing company that offers a clean, organized, and modern work environment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
