CNC Router OperatorThe CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting-up, programming and operating a CNC Router according to instructions to produce parts as specified while maintaining safety and quality requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSets up and operates CNC machine router to cut parts according to specificationsReview and understand CNC set up instructions, blueprints and specificationsOperates from detailed blueprints yet able to conceptualize and fabricate parts per requirementsOperates tools such as but not limited to grinders, band saws, pallet jack, air hose, etc.Verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications through the use of calipers, tape measure, height gauge, etc.Push control buttons to activate auto cyclesEvaluate programs for routers by entering instructions including zero and reference points;
