If you are a strong CNC programmer/machinist who is ready to take on the next level of challenge, we want to talk to you.Detailed Tasks:Work with Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to ensure parts meet customer requirements.Develop, maintain and continuously improvement CNC programs, set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts.Via training and in-house efforts.Client uses Featurecam and Fusion and they just got ESPRIT - so the ability to leverage these tools is key.Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills and Lathes.Profile:3+ years experience - strongly prefer build to print, low volume environmentAbility to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writingExpert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.Featurecam, Fusion and/or ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.Associates or Technical Degree is preferred / not required.Compensation: DOE - $35-42/hr - $75-90K Range
