Location: Marquette, MI, Onsite
Openings: 2 (1 Milling | 1 Swiss Turn)

EXALTA Group in Marquette, MI is hiring two CNC Programmers (all levels, Senior experience preferred) to support our growing medical device manufacturing operations — one focused on Milling platforms and one focused on Swiss Turning platforms.

What You'll Do
Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may include:
* Develop, prove-out, and optimize CNC programs for Milling or Swiss Turn equipment
* Lead or support complex machine set-ups and first article runs
* Design and implement fixtures and tooling to support repeatable, high-quality production
* Drive process improvements to reduce scrap, improve cycle time, and increase predictability
* Support new product development and design
