At $25/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,300 gross.Position OverviewWe are seeking an early-career CNC Programmer to support machining and programming activities at the Rosharon, TX facility.
In this role, you will set up, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC machining processes, read and interpret precision measurement data, and follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions. This is an excellent opportunity for a machining technology graduate, apprentice, or foundational CNC technician looking to develop long-term skills in a precision manufacturing environment. TCC Controlled Technology check required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport CNC machining and programming activities including setup, troubleshooting, and process optimizationRead and interpret measurement data using precision metrology equipment including micrometers and calipersFollow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and company-specific machining techniquesLearn and apply CNC programming practices including FANUC controls and Mazatrol softwareMaintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout all machining operationsRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree in Machine Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant machining experience, apprenticeship, or technical training considered in lieu of degree2-5 years of machining experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipersCNC programming experience preferred; familiarity with FANUC controls and Mazatrol a plusKnowledge of G-Code programming desirable but not requiredBasic computer skills and ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to established processesAbility to lift and move components weighing 40-60 lbsForklift experience a plusMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future"VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
