CNC ProgrammerOxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a direct hire opportunity in the New Kensington, PA area.This role is ideal for someone with strong CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment such as aerospace, automotive, medical device, or a similar regulated industry. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to support precision machining operations.Responsibilities:Develop and modify CNC programs for machining operationsRead and edit G-code as needed to support production requirementsUse CNC programming software to create efficient machining programsReview blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate part productionSupport setup and troubleshooting of CNC machining processesWork closely with machinists, quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve programming or machining issuesIdentify opportunities to improve cycle times, tool paths, and overall machining efficiencyMaintain accurate documentation related to programs, revisions, and process changesQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of CNC experience in a controlled manufacturing environment such as aerospace, automotive, medical device, or similar industryExperience with CNC programming software requiredMastercam and Hypermill experience preferredAbility to read and edit G-codeStrong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and tolerancesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work onsite in the New Kensington, PA area
