Essential Job Responsibilities:
* Modeling and drawing customers parts
* Proficient in CAD/CAM Software. TopSolid a plus
* Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
* Ability to select the correct tooling for the part
* Ability to do Machine Set ups & Touch offs
* Experience with Fanuc Controls
* Collaborating with Machinist to Troubleshoot and improve efficiency to meet production timelines
* Ability to operate at least 2 Machines
* Ability to perform Machine Maintenance when needed
Abilities and Expertise Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Previous work experience required
* Mechanically inclined
* Strong multi-tasking skills
* 5 Years Minimum Experience
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong Quality Control
* Must be able to bend, lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
* Strong organization skills required to keep a clean, well-kept Environment
