CNC ProgrammerJackson, TN manufacturer needs a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC programming.Responsibilities include ensuring that production processes meet customer and company requirements, developing fixtures, tooling, and systems to manufacture parts and assemblies, driving quality and reliability improvements, using Solid Cam and Mastercam software to develop CNC programs, and developing statistics and analyses for root cause solutions to technical problems.Requirements include a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar, minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, knowledge of G-Code, demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software, in-depth machine shop experience, and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
