CNC ProgrammerOxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a CNC Programmer for a direct hire onsite opportunity.In this role, you will create CNC programs using Mastercam software and support machining operations across multi-axis mills and lathes. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on CNC programming experience, and the ability to work closely with machinists, production staff, and engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesCreate CNC programs using Mastercam softwareProgram CNC machining operations, including milling and turning on multi-axis mills and lathesInterpret blueprints, drawings, and technical designs to create accurate machining programsTroubleshoot CNC programs, machining issues, and equipment-related concernsMaintain organized records of CNC programs and machining operationsReview machining processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and efficiencyWork closely with team members to support quality, accuracy, and production goalsCommunicate clearly with machinists, supervisors, and other technical staffQualificationsPrevious experience as a CNC Programmer or similar roleStrong experience using Mastercam softwareExperience programming CNC mills and lathesKnowledge of multi-axis machining preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processesAbility to troubleshoot CNC programs and machining operationsStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
