CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer/OperatorWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, make program adjustments, set up machines, and produce quality parts to required specifications.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.Load programs and make necessary program adjustments or offsets.Set machine speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters as needed.Perform machine setups and verify first-piece production.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.Troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate corrections.Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious CNC programming and operating experience required.Experience with CNC machine setup and tooling.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Knowledge of CNC programming, machine offsets, speeds, feeds, and tooling.Experience using precision measuring instruments.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements as required.Ability to lift and move materials and tooling as required by the position.Ability to work safely around operating machinery, metal materials, and industrial equipment.Ideal Candidate: An experienced CNC professional who can independently program, set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC equipment while maintaining production and quality standards.Benefits Available to Eligible Express AssociatesMedical/Dental/Vision PlanDirect DepositLife Insurance401KPrescription Drug Reimbursement#3251ST
