Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a CNC Programmer:Develop and optimize CNC machining programs based on blueprints and technical drawingsAnalyze job orders to determine tooling, sequencing, and machining processesTest and validate CNC programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product qualityMaintain organized CNC program and router databases by machine and processTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues to minimize downtimeCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and standardize best practicesSupport Lean manufacturing initiatives and conduct time studies to improve efficiencyWhat You Need to Bring to the CNC Programmer Role:2–4+ years of CNC programming experience or relevant technical education (Machine Tool Technology or Engineering)Proficiency with CNC programming software (Mastercam preferred)Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T knowledgeExperience with machining calculations and precision measurement toolsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesKnowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles preferredAbility to communicate effectively and support/train team membersFull-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance.
