CNC ProgrammerWe are searching for an experienced CNC Programmer to join one of our respected aerospace manufacturing clients. This opportunity is ideal for a programming professional who enjoys creating efficient machining programs, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and supporting precision production in a fast-paced environment.Our client is an established precision manufacturer serving the aerospace industry and is committed to investing in advanced technology, continuous improvement, and employee development.Position SummaryThe CNC Programmer will develop, test, and optimize CNC machining programs used to manufacture precision components. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, accurate programming, and continuous process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize CNC programs for milling operationsProgram custom components and tooling for production applicationsDevelop machining methods and tooling strategiesSet up and support CNC milling machines during productionTest, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipmentModify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisionsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiencyMaintain programming documentation and revision controlSupport process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve qualityEnsure all programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirementsQualificationsRequiredAssociate's Degree preferred (Engineering or Manufacturing Technology)Minimum 5 years of CNC Programming experienceStrong experience programming CNC milling machinesProficiency with CAD software and CNC programmingAbility to interpret engineering drawings and GD&TStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferredCATIA experienceEpicor ERP experienceAerospace manufacturing experienceExperience with complex precision-machined componentsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principlesBenefitsCompetitive CompensationMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffLong-term Career Growth
