CNC Programmer (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)$30-40/hr. (or more depending on experience)1st or 2nd shift availabilityWe are seeking a CNC Programmer to set up machinery such as CNC Water Jet, CNC Laser, and CNC Plasma Tables for a variety of parts in a job shop setting.Qualifications:1+ years of CNC programming experience in a machine shop environment.Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorksStrong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and material properties.Ability to work from 2D drawings and 3D models.Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement tools.Job Duties:Program Laser/Plasma tables & Waterjet Machine using AutoCAD & SolidWorks for a wide range of complex parts and materialsRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documentationSelection appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds based on materials and specifications.Set up and prove out programs on the shop floor, making adjustments as needed.Collaborate with machinists to refine and optimize machining processes.Maintain program files and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.Troubleshoot issues related to programming, tooling, and machining operations.Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerancesBenefits:Heath / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401k with company match (40% of the dollar up to the first 6%)Accident and Critical Illness optionsHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO9 paid HolidaysAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
