If you're experienced with CNC programming, setups, and process optimization, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a company that values technical expertise, quality, and long-term employee success.What You'll DoAs a CNC Programmer & Operator, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling equipment while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality throughout the manufacturing process.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Haas CNC milling machines to manufacture custom parts and prototypesSet up and operate CNC equipment for production and short-run projectsPerform machine changeovers, verify first-piece quality, and make adjustments to maintain specificationsPrepare and stage materials required for machining operationsRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specificationsCreate, modify, and optimize CNC programs using SolidWorks 2026 and/or Mastercam 2020Utilize manual machining equipment for minor die work, modifications, and support tasksTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtimeAssist with preventative maintenance activities on machinery and equipmentSupport inspections and quality checks to ensure parts meet customer and engineering requirementsCollaborate with maintenance and production teams on process improvements and troubleshooting effortsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company standardsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsExperience programming CNC milling machines using CNC programming softwareHands-on experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and programmingAbility to independently program, set up, and run milling applicationsExperience with Haas CNC equipment or similar machining centersStrong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skillsProficiency with SolidWorks and/or Mastercam programming softwareUnderstanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and process optimizationAbility to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on CNC equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to manage multiple jobs while maintaining accuracy and efficiencyPreferred QualificationsApproximately 5+ years of CNC programming, setup, and operation experienceExperience in plastics machining, prototype machining, or injection molding environmentsFamiliarity with manual machining equipment and minor die repair workKnowledge of preventative maintenance practicesExposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems, and PLC troubleshootingExperience supporting quality inspection processes within manufacturingStrong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindsetWhy Join Our Team?We're proud of the culture we've built.
