The position involves close collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver high-quality parts while continuously improving processes and reducing downtime.Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM tools for multi-axis machining.Optimise tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies.Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve output.The ideal candidate is a highly experienced CNC programmer with strong technical expertise in machining complex components.
