You will work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure every part meets exact specifications.What You Will DoProgram, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC machining centersDevelop and modify CNC programs for complex and custom-machined componentsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specificationsPerform machine setup including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and calibrationTroubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain production efficiencyManufacture a variety of precision parts requiring unique setups and programsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processesMaintain quality standards and ensure parts meet strict dimensional requirementsWhat You Bring5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong 5-axis machining capabilitiesProven experience independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinesExperience with CAM programming software; TEBIS experience highly preferredStrong understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds, speeds, and work holdingAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specificationsExperience producing precision components in aerospace, tooling, die cast, or similar industriesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMust be an experienced machinist/programmer capable of developing programs and running complex jobs independentlyCompensation & BenefitsPay: $30 - $40/hourCompetitive benefits packagePeople-first work environmentStable and growing company with career advancement opportunities
