If you're an experienced CNC Programmer looking for long-term stability, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work on precision aerospace components, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesProgram custom parts and tooling for specialized manufacturing applications.Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling and lathe operations.Set up CNC milling and lathe machines for production.Create tooling methods and support tool design and manufacturing.Test, verify, and troubleshoot CNC programs on production equipment.Update programs to incorporate engineering changes and process improvements.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.Maintain accurate programming documentation and follow quality standards.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience programming CNC equipment including: Mills: Mazak, OKK, NiigataLathes: PumaProficiency with CAD/CAM software (CATIA experience preferred).Experience using ERP systems (Epicor 10 preferred).Strong Microsoft Office skills.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to pass a preemployment screeningCompetitive pay: $33.65–$40.00 per hour 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, OT as neededWhy join our team?Overtime opportunities availableExcellent benefits packageLong-term career stabilityBe part of an expanding organization during an exciting period of growthIf you're ready to advance your CNC programming career with an industry leader, apply today!
