CNC Press Brake Operator (Amada)We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with hands-on experience programming and operating Amada press brakes. This position is ideal for someone who has worked with plate steel fabrication and takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate parts in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up, program, and operate CNC press brake equipmentWork with Amada press brakes to bend and form steel components to specificationRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersPerform first-piece inspections and verify dimensions using measuring toolsAdjust machine settings, tooling, and programs as needed to maintain quality standardsForm heavy gauge and plate steel components accurately and efficientlySelect proper tooling and determine bend sequencesMonitor production runs and troubleshoot issues during operationMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaWork closely with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlinesQualificationsPrevious experience operating and programming CNC press brakes requiredStrong experience with Amada equipment preferredExperience forming plate steel and heavy-gauge material requiredAbility to read blueprints and fabrication drawingsKnowledge of bend deductions, tooling selection, and machine setupAbility to use calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityStable work history and reliable attendancePreferred ExperienceMetal fabrication or custom manufacturing environmentCrane or forklift experience is a plusExperience with tight-tolerance fabrication workWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesStable, growing manufacturing environmentOpportunity for long-term growth and advancementBenefits package available
