Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a CNC Press Brake Operator:Operate CNC press brake machines to produce aluminum parts according to specifications and drawingsRead and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabricationAdjust machine settings and tooling to maintain precision, consistency, and product qualityInspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to quality standardsPerform routine machine checks and basic maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentMeet production goals while ensuring high-quality outputFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)What You Need to Bring to the CNC Press Brake Operator Role:High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience operating CNC equipment or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsMechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust tooling and machine settingsBasic math skills and ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares, etc.)Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksAbility to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 70 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsValid driver’s licenseAbility to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a manufacturing environmentWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
