CNC Operators - 1st & 2nd ShiftWe are seeking highly skilled and motivated CNC Operators to join our elite manufacturing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced machinists who take pride in their craft and want to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a professional, safety-focused environment.Shift Information:1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMCompetitive shift differentials available for 2nd shiftPosition OverviewAs a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC machines including Lathes, Mills, and Grinders.

You will work with precision tooling and advanced manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Primary ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & SetupSet up and operate CNC Lathes, Mills, and Grinders according to work orders and engineering specificationsInterpret and follow complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specificationsSet up machines for various operations, including selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and work-holding devicesProgram, edit, and optimize CNC machine operations using CAM software and manual programming techniques is a big plusPerform in-process quality checks and measurements using precision measuring instrumentsTroubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency and quality standardsCollaborate with engineers, quality control personnel, and other machinists to improve manufacturing processes and implement new technologiesMaintain detailed records of machining operations, including production data, quality reports, and maintenance logsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsMentor and train junior machinists, sharing knowledge and best practicesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectivenessQualificationsMinimum of 1 years of experience as a CNC machinist in aerospace or related high-precision manufacturing industryProven expertise in operating CNC machines, mills, lathes, or grindersExperience with high-performance materials such as titanium, Inconel, and other aerospace alloysStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required
