The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC equipment within the Fabrication Department while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid math skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a willingness to learn and assist throughout the manufacturing operation.Job DutiesOperate CNC Mills, Lasers, and Turret Press equipmentMaintain the highest quality standards and stop production when quality requirements are not being metPerform first-piece inspections as requiredRead and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specificationsDeburr and finish parts as requiredPerform basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenanceDevelop an understanding of all aspects of the Fabrication DepartmentDemonstrate a basic understanding of CNC programmingAssist in other areas of the company as neededFollow all company safety and quality proceduresThe CNC Operator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments. A successful CNC Operator understands machine operation, product inspection, material handling, and equipment monitoring while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Reliable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
