Duties include operating CNC lathes and milling machines, preparing and loading of parts and daily inspection and maintenance to ensure all quality requirements are met.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ensure parts are machined to meet production goals, including cycle time, quantity and quality.Operate CNC lathes and milling machines.Prepare and loads raw materials and parts onto CNC machines.

Handle materials appropriately and safely.Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.Perform in-process inspection of machine parts to ensure manufacturing adherence to all quality regulations. Measure and check dimensions and tolerances using measuring devices, including (but not limited to) calipers, micrometers and gauges.Perform daily maintenance on CNC machinery. Conduct routine inspection and replace worn-out tooling as needed.Maintain a clean and safe workplace. Perform daily 6S activities to ensure organization and cleanliness of work area.Perform necessary transactions in ERP system to maintain accurate inventory.Other duties as assigned.Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED or related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic understanding of CNC G-codes and M-codesBasic skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement toolsProficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimalsHaas Controller Experience preferredQuality assurance experience preferredQualificationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be authorized to work in the USPhysical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusWhile performing duties of the job, employee is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hearWork EnvironmentShop floor working environmentRequired to wear safety glasses and shoes, and utilize other safety equipment as required while present on the production floorAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $46,700.00 - $70,100.00, depending on experience.
