We are looking for a CNC Operator who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and continuous improvement. We are accepting applications to fill our night shift positions.What You'll Do:Set up & operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.Read and interpret blueprints & engineering drawings.Check finished parts to tight tolerances (up to 4 decimal places).Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Train team members as needed and contribute to continuous improvement.What We're Looking For:Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.Knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, and GD&T preferred.Strong communication skills.Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S.
